1. Who we are
FreePDFpack ("we", "us") operates https://freepdfpack.com. Contact: legal@freepdfpack.com.
2. What data we process
Files you upload are processed entirely inside your browser and are NEVER sent to our servers. We do not store, copy or analyse your files. We process limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, referrer, language) for security, anti-abuse and aggregate analytics.
3. Cookies & advertising
With your consent we serve advertising via Google AdSense, which may set cookies and use your IP address and approximate location to display ads. See our Cookie policy for the full list. Personalised ads are only shown after you accept; otherwise non-personalised ads or no ads are served, depending on your region.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Necessary cookies and security logging: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Advertising and personalisation cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain, CNIL in France, BfDI in Germany, ICO in the UK, ANPD in Brazil). 6. California / US state rights (CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA)
California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut and Utah residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the cookie banner Reject option or write to legal@freepdfpack.com with subject 'Do Not Sell'.
7. International transfers
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare (global edge). Advertising is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We retain technical logs for up to 30 days. Consent records are retained for the period required to prove compliance (typically 13 months in the EU).
9. Changes
We will publish any changes on this page with a new effective date.
