By using FreePDFpack you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FreePDFpack provides free file-handling tools that run entirely in your browser. All file processing happens locally; we do not receive or store your files.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to process content that infringes the rights of others, contains malware, or violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you process.
4. Intellectual property
The FreePDFpack name, logo and site code are owned by us. You retain all rights to your own files.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
EU users: Spanish law and the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in the user's country of residence. US users: laws of the State of Delaware. UK users: laws of England and Wales.
